Free 45-minute hands-on arts workshops facilitated by professional visual and performing artists for kids ages 3 to 12. FREE, donations welcomed. Everything from Tie-Dye T-shirts to Jazzy Journals. Walk-up registration only. Held on the Grove Plaza in conjunction with the Capital City Public Market from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for ten consecutive Saturdays.
