Account Executive

Local Sales (Full-Time)

Description

  • Sale of advertising time to direct clients.
  • Development of new business revenue to KNIN.
  • Interpretation and presentation of qualitative and quantitative market research/data.
  • Advertising/Marketing consultation.
  • Client Service, including but not limited to, avail submissions, package development, copy writing, credit applications, collections, etc.
  • Responsible for accomplishment of specific revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales or degree in marketing/advertising.
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to read, interpret and present TV ratings/data.
  • Above average oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a varied list of clients.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and be a team player.
  • Ability to develop basic advertising copy.
  • Ability to make professional presentations to individuals and groups.

Salary Range: Salary plus commission
